The Vision

When one of our clients approached us with their dream of a family ski holiday, we knew Niseko would be the perfect destination. Nestled on Japan’s northernmost island of Hokkaido, Niseko offered the pristine powder, world-class resorts, and cultural immersion they were looking for.

The Ultimate Ski Adventure

They were blown away by Niseko’s legendary powder snow, locally referred to as “japow.” With over 50 feet of snowfall annually, they spent their days exploring the interconnected zones of Grand Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, and Annupuri. A favorite moment was tackling a challenging run together and celebrating with hot cocoa at a cozy slope-side cafe.

Luxury Accommodations

We arranged for them to stay in a sleek chalet that featured a private onsen bath, a personal chef, and breathtaking views of Mount Yōtei. They loved unwinding after a day on the slopes in their luxurious retreat, surrounded by modern elegance and traditional Japanese touches.

Après-Ski Delights

Beyond skiing, they embraced Niseko’s culinary scene. Fresh sushi and sashimi at a local izakaya were highlights, along with the region’s signature miso ramen. One evening, we organized a sake tasting experience, which they described as both educational and delicious.

Cultural Touchpoints

To round out their trip, they enjoyed snowshoeing through serene birch forests and visiting nearby Otaru, where they marveled at charming canals and artisan glass workshops. They returned home with unforgettable memories and a newfound love for Japanese culture.
